It can be used in any kind of situation on the bike and then folded in a bag when you don’t need it any more. When folded it will save more than the 20% of the space, to pack it in your bag. With the adjustable belt you can easily fold your helmet while not cycling. Then with the metal clip it can be hooked to the bike or to the trousers loop. When you are back on the saddle, it will save your pants from the chain as an ankle band.
