I love August, not only because I was born in August. No stress, no races, no hard trainings, just cool down, August is for me a very slow month. Also how is written sounds “lento” A-GO-STO. In August with my family we went to our cottage in Val di Fiemme and this was the bike I used for my summer Easy Rider‘s rides.  RALEIGH CHOPPER in Fizzy Lemon. A terrific dangerous bike, but a touch of British style in the Dolomiti. Buon Agosto a tutti quanti.

On Monday we refreshed and updated our homepage including the new section dedicated to a gallery of selected Italian modern design objects and the story of our family. Hope you like it. As usual a huge thank you to MAX for the delicious job.

I love blueberries, but only the small, natural and acidic one(bottom row). Blueberries are rich in vit.C, antioxidants and fibers and are also rich in anthocyanin an anti-inflammatory substance that helps the arteries and prevent the legs from the stress of training in this hot season. Passo Campolongo-Passo Pordoi-Passo Sella-Passo Gardena, the hell of Passo Giau and the final climb up to the legendary Passo Falzarego. Four “hors catégorie”, so if you don’t feel good, stay home!
