    Munich 1972 Otl Aicher

The Olympische Sommerspiele 1972 were the first Olympic Games I could watch at the television. It was an important edition, not only for the incredible quality of the visualdesign created by OTL AICHER and his team Dept.XI, for the futuristic architecture of the Olympiapark designed by OTTO FREI, it was very important for the development and the modern urbanisation of the city of München, at that time, a city suffering the effects and post-effects of WWII.

    1972 Olympic games

Olympic games are not always an athletic festival.
In 1972 during the Olympische Sommerspiele 1972, eight Palestinian criminals, members of the terrorist group Black September, took eleven hostages, all members of the Israeli Olympic Team and killed them. One hostage was castrated and abused after he was shot!

    SUPERLEGGERO DESIGN

It’s always a great pleasure and a great honour to be source of inspiration for famous designers and prestigious brands.
The GIRO D’ITALIA is one of the three most important stage races on the world cycling calendar. This year, the 104th edition will start on 8 May and finish on 30 May in Milano.
We are really honoured to have been a source of inspiration for the new kit of procycling team EF Education.
The original kaleidoscopic design was created by Max at TYPEKLANG for the Zürich Bike Festival in 2018 and was dedicated to the two new collections ÉQUIPE and MONDIALE presented in anteprima at the show.
It is still used for all the posters, flyers, stickers and visit cards of SUPERLEGGERO.
